PropVault collects personal information reasonably necessary to conduct business, assess and manage our client's needs, and provide services, including and not limited to sending personalised offers and recommendations based on your preferences, facilitating communication between you and buyers' agents and complying with legal obligations.
4.2 We may also use information to fulfil administrative functions, such as billing, entering into contracts, and managing client relationships.

6.1. PropVault stores information in secure databases, including trusted third-party storage providers based in Australian borders to ensure data sovereignty. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.
6.2. Google user data (Gmail integration) PropVault allows users to optionally connect their Google account to sync Gmail activity into contact records.
• Data Access and Use: Our system syncs limited Gmail metadata, including email subject, date, and time. This data is used solely to provide a communication log within the PropVault platform. We do not access, read, or store email body content or attachments.
• Data Retention: Once synced, this Gmail metadata is retained as a static historical record within the user’s account. We do not modify or update this metadata after the initial sync. This data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active PropVault account.
• Data Deletion: We do not provide a feature to delete individual synced metadata records. However, all stored Google user data is permanently deleted from our databases when a user deletes their PropVault account or requests account closure via info@propvault.com.au.
